Core Spinach Casserole - 2 pts

  • 1 - 9 oz cooked frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 egg
  • 15 oz fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp onion powder (or to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
Preheat oven to 350. Defrost spinach and squeeze to remove extra liquid. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Spread mixture in greased 9x9 baking pan. Bake 40-45 minutes.
